I had a lovely stay at the hotel which featured stunning views of the Plaza from my room. The space was designed over two stories with the bed upstairs, which was a unique touch I really enjoyed. The breakfast options were good but could use a bit more variety. On the downside, I found some staff members to be quite rude during check-out, which detracted from the overall experience.

My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable. The Deluxe room was spacious and comfortable, and I loved the balcony that had a fantastic view of the park. However, the breakfast could use more variety, and I found the service to be a bit inconsistent at times. Overall, great value for the price.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was ideal for exploring the old city, and my room had a lovely balcony that overlooked the park. However, some aspects of the service left a lot to be desired, especially during checkout. If you're looking for a place to stay short-term, this hotel has its perks, but it might not be the most comfortable option overall.

Rooms

My room had a charming balcony with a great view of the park, but overall, the comfort level wasn’t what I expected.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, with spacious and tidy rooms that were full of sunlight in the mornings. The location is fantastic for exploring the Historic Center, but the service experience was a mixed bag, especially during checkout. Overall, I felt the value was decent, but there were a couple of hiccups that detracted from my experience.

7.4/10

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were quite bright, with lots of sunlight streaming in through the windows, but they could get noisy due to nearby music. The service was a bit of a rollercoaster—some staff were incredibly helpful while others were quite rude during checkout. The location was superb for exploring the old city but not ideal if you're looking for a quiet night. Overall, it offered good value for a short stay.

Rooms

The rooms were very bright and had four windows, but could be noisy because of music from nearby restaurants. They were otherwise quiet, but the absence of curtains let in a lot of sunlight in the morning.
Service

The service was hit or miss. Some staff members were very kind and accommodating, ensuring my comfort as a solo traveler. Unfortunately, there was a negative experience with rudeness during checkout.
Location

The hotel is centrally located, making it great for exploring the old city. While it's close to the bustling areas, I found it a nice retreat away from the chaos at night.
Dining
